Tile Adhesive

Mangal Murti Tile Adhesive is a premium-quality dry mix mortar specially designed for fixing ceramic, vitrified, porcelain, marble, and granite tiles on walls and floors. Manufactured using advanced technology and high-grade raw materials, it provides excellent bonding strength, durability, and long-lasting performance for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.

The adhesive is easy to apply, reduces tile hollowness and cracking, and offers better performance compared to traditional cement-sand methods. Its smooth application, strong grip, and water-resistant properties help save construction time and ensure a perfect tile finish for both interior and exterior applications.

SURFACE PREPARATION

  • Surfaces need to be flat & free from loose material/patches, dust, oil, grease, paints, etc. (Use wire brush, chisel).
  • In case of undulation is more on surface it needs to prepare in line with appropriate material & same should be cured well as required.
  • Pre-wetting is essential for surface till saturation, but top surface should be dry. Pre wetting is advisable a day prior of execution.

MIXING

APPLICATION

  • Apply prepared tile adhesive on surface through notch trowel of thickness in minimum 4 mm & maximum average 6 mm for wall application. Apply the mix on the substrate.
  • Place and install tiles one by one immediately as per open time limit.
  • Stroke/Tap the tiles properly (use rubber mallet) to make sure that no airspace left on back side.
  • Use notch trowel as per situation. (6 mm or 12 mm).
  • Clean tiles for any excessive material at joints. Keep gap between tiles as per suggested design for placing grout.
  • Always use all prepared mixture within 60 min (Pot life).

STORAGE

  • Originally sealed bags should be stored in dry and cool space, protected from direct sun light & weather exposure. Use within 6 months (Shelf life) from date of manufacturing. Open bags need to be used immediately.
